And, of course, by first I mean one of the first several thousand. “Brake” got ten thousand downloads in the first five minutes, and #WZRD immediately became a worldwide trending topic on Twitter.
Absolutely unbelievable. A fan made this for the bands, after seeing not one, but TWO dates of #MEBTour. Apparently there are still people who care about supporting music.

Check out three songs I picked out this week that are twang-a-licious:
The odds are ever in our favor today. If you’ve been simultaneously yearning for more footage from the upcoming The Hunger Games movie and annoyed at how much of a tease the sneak peek during the VMAs was, then feast your eyes on the new full-length trailer. It begins with Katniss (played by Jennifer Lawrence of Winter’s Bone fame) sneaking off to the woods in District 12 to hunt with her best friend, Gale. It picks up the pace as tributes are picked, sent to the Capitol, trained, and advised. This longer overview allows viewers to see Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, and Lenny Kravitz in their roles, as well as the semi-futuristic world of Panem. The trailer ends with an ominous voice counting down the seconds to the start, and then Katniss and Peeta race to a pile of supplies before The Hunger Games title appears on the screen, once again leaving us wanting more. The film will be in theaters March 23, 2012, leaving us all plenty of time to re-read the books and nitpick the film adaptation.
